Twinkle Toes Shoes

Jenelle said Kyla wanted a new pair of shoes, but not just any old shoes – Sketchers’ Twinkle Toes, the pink, sparkly shoes that light up when the soles touch the ground.

But with a price tag of around $40, Jenelle decided to have Kyla earn the money through good behavior and household chore rewards rather than shelling out the cash right away.

“My husband says things don’t come easy in life,” said Jenelle. “I don’t want her to ask for a pair of shoes and get them, but I want something good to come out of what she wants. The reward is in also how she feels (when she does a good deed).”
